At Nova, we take pride in our products and ensure that every item is made with care. Due to our production and delivery methods, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind or orders the wrong size.

To help you make the right choice, we provide a detailed size chart for each item. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

Order Modifications

  • You have 1 hour after placing your order to request a modification or cancellation.
  • After this period, we cannot be held responsible for refunds or changes.

Refunds for Order Issues

The only reason for a refund is if we have made an error with your order. If this happens:

  • Contact us at refund@novaclothing.xyz with your order number.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • We will review your case and send further instructions via email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

Return Review & Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
