Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship to Canada only, but we are actively working on expanding our shipping zones in the near future.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: You have 12 hours after placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After this period, the order is already in production and cannot be modified.
Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, all processed securely through Stripe.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No — the total price, including shipping and taxes, is shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Since our products are made on demand, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind. However, in the future, this policy may change if we adjust our production process.
Q: What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
A: If we made a mistake, contact us within 7 days at refund@novaclothing.xyz with your order number and pictures. We’ll make it right.

Q: Should I rely on my usual size when ordering?
A: We recommend checking the size chart before purchasing. Some of our products are designed with an oversized fit, which may differ from your usual size.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product includes a detailed size chart. Please review it carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Q: How should I care for my clothes?
A: Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron at low temperature, avoiding printed areas.
